We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee for all orders
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout
2. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Standard shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3-7 business days after processing.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be affected during holidays or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Perishable and Vintage Items
All sales of perishable items (such as fresh flowers or eggs) and vintage items are final. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@welsummerfarmny.com. Be sure to include your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
6. Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
